5 Fabulous Ways to Repurpose Your Empty Candle Jars

As far as we can see, there is only one downside to your favourite candles - they will eventually burn out. When this happens, you are left with the cute jar it came in, and being eco-friendly, we have come up with some great suggestions to repurpose your empty candle jar. We have tried all of these with our empty glasses and trust us; you may need to get some more candles so you can try all of them!

 

First up, we have the mini plant pot. There are loads of benefits to having plants in the house; they are great for cleaning the air and bringing the outdoors in has been proven to help with mental health, especially in the winter when it is grey and miserable outside. Cacti makes fabulous roommates if you aren’t so great at remembering to water your plants, or you could create a herb garden giving you fresh ingredients whenever you cook.

 

If you keep meaning to organise your dressing table, you might want to consider turning your empty candle jar into a makeup brush holder. This keeps everything in one place, and you could even paint or decoupage the exterior of the glass to better fit the decor in your room. Of course, it doesn’t need to end there; you could use another jar for hair ties, one for lipstick; the list is only limited by imagination.

With more of us working in an agile way, splitting time between the office and home, our desks have become a new focus for interior design.
